ASQ’s milestone annual conference returns to a live, in-person event in 2022, accompanied by virtual content that creates convenience and access to quality thought leaders around the world. The 2022 agenda offers insight into the soft skills and technical expertise necessary in today’s quality community. Sessions offer real-world examples of processes and concepts that demonstrate innovative ways to sustain and support collaboration, change management, leadership, and a culture of inclusion. Virtual - On-Demand Content
We’re excited to provide a virtual stage to enhance this year’s WCQI live event in Anaheim, California! Below is a schedule of the livestream events you will access through the virtual event platform; be sure to take advantage of the opportunity to chat with other virtual attendees and pose questions to our mainstage presenters! You can also explore the virtual exhibit hall and connect with other quality professionals in the virtual event space! Basic: Introduces a subject, including practical and user-friendly definitions of terms. The primary focus is to bring an individual who may not be familiar with the area to a level of knowledge that facilitates further learning.
Intermediate: The participant should have some degree of knowledge of the subject. The intent is to build on an individual’s knowledge of the subject to a point of greater understanding.
Advanced: Provides an in-depth and/or up-to-date treatment of a subject. A strong theoretical background and a working knowledge of a subject are expected of those that attend.

Engineering an Enterprise-wide QMS
The voice of the customer is increasingly vital to a business's success, requiring large-scale and visible documentation of how an enterprise deploys strategy, data, and communications to infuse quality throughout the organization. These sessions unveil the key components of a quality management system, or QMS, and its critical contribution to customer satisfaction and retention. Identify how a QMS can drive improvements in regulatory compliance, supply chain efficiency, and quality service—all while controlling costs and uncovering opportunities for innovation, growth, and enterprise gain.
Framing Quality through a Technology Lens
